Clearstream, Deutsche Börse Group's post-trade services provider, is rolling out a digital solution to revolutionize private market fund processing. The platform leverages DLT-based technology through FundsDLT and integrates with Clearstream's Vestima fund platform. Designed to streamline manual processes, the solution enhances efficiency and transparency for fund providers and distributors.

The Vestima digital offering automates key processes in private market fund distribution, providing anonymized, granular insights into investor portfolios. Multiple portfolios can be consolidated under a single Clearstream account, simplifying order routing, capital call management, and asset servicing. The system also tracks complex features like lockup periods and capital calls at the investor level.
